The Platform is currently operating in testnet phase. Mainnet functionality, including live investment transactions, will be subject to additional terms and regulatory requirements applicable at the time of launch.
W3 Energy is not a regulated investment firm, broker, or financial advisor. The Platform facilitates introductions and provides infrastructure — it does not provide investment advice, manage client funds, or guarantee any returns. All investment decisions are made solely by participants.

Past performance of any project, investment, or token referenced on the Platform is not indicative of future results. All investments carry risk, including the risk of total loss of capital. W3E tokens are governance and utility instruments — they are not investment products and are not guaranteed to appreciate in value.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, data, software, and documentation — is owned by or licensed to W3 Energy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from W3 Energy.
By submitting any content or information to the Platform — including project applications, investor profiles, or communications — you grant W3 Energy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that content for the purposes of operating and improving the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, W3 Energy and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to W3 Energy in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. W3 Energy does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless W3 Energy and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
W3 Energy may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, or regulatory requirements.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@w3-energy.org. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to termination, including any outstanding fee obligations.
Upon termination, provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be subject to good faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Nothing in this clause prevents W3 Energy from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
W3 Energy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users by email.
Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
